1. Go for a walk in Wakamow park. Spot and identify 5 different species of birds.
2. Make a sock puppet of someone famous. Bring it in to show us.
3. Using a famous photo, put yourself in the picture, either with computer software or with a photocopier. Bring it to show us.
4. Make a craft that you found in a library book. Bring it in to show us!
5. Learn how to do a yo-yo trick. Show your trick to a Library staff member.
6. Paint your face in honour of your favourite sports team. Come and show us!
7. Make a house of cards two feet high. Show us a photo of you with it.
8. Go for five hours (while awake) without talking. Have a witness sign that you did it.
9. Find five people whose first names rhyme with “limb”. Have them sign their names and show us.
10. Make a watermelon helmet and bring us a photo of you wearing it. Twenty bonus points if you wear it into the Library.
11. Make a lawn ornament with duct tape and wire coat hangers. Bring it in to show us!
12. Make homemade cookies, and bring some for us to sample. Yum!
13. Make a rap song about reading. Perform it for us in the Library.
14. Watch all the Harry Potter movies in a week. Have a witness sign that you did it.
15. Bring a hand puppet or stuffed animal to the Library, and have it try and convince us to give it a Library card.
16. Write a letter to the editor of the Times Herald about an issue that you feel passionate about. Show us the letter.
