1. Go up to a stranger and serenade them with a Christmas carol. Have a witness sign that you did it.
2. Teach one of your parents to dance to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”, or teach them to do the Moonwalk. Have them sign that you did it.
3. Make a Lego tower bigger than three feet tall. Show us a photo of you with the tower.
4. Shoot 10 free throws (basketball). Have a witness sign that you did it.
5. Make a family tree for your family, back to your great grandparents. Bring it in to show us.
6. See the movie and read the book. List five reasons why one is better than the other.
7. Make a giant ice cream sundae and bring us a picture.
8. Wear five hats at the same time in a public place. Bring us photographic evidence.
9. Dress like you’re from the 70s. Bring us a picture. Ten bonus points for wearing it to the Library.
10. Dress up as your favourite comic book hero and come and show us.
11. Memorize one TV theme song and sing it to Library staff.
12. Volunteer to walk a neighbour’s dog. Have a witness sign that you did it.
13. List three retired sports numbers and name the player and the team that he/she played for.
14. Learn to say “Where is the Library?” in 3 different languages other than English. Show us, by speaking or writing it down.

16. Do a random act of kindness. Tell us about it in a paragraph.

19. Get 100 high fives in one day. Have a witness sign that you did it.
20. Send an anonymous card or gift to someone. Have a witness sign that you did it.
21. Play two games of pool (pocket billiards). Have a witness sign that you did it.
22. Read a book with the word “Sleep” or “Monkey” or “Round” in the title. What was the book called?
23. Write a paragraph about someone that you consider to be a role model.
24. Get a photograph with Mac the Moose. Show us the photo.
25. Make an animal out of toothpicks and marshmallows. Bring a photo of it, or bring the animal in to show us.
26. Start a band. What is your band’s name? What kind of music do you play? Which other band(s) is your group influenced by?
27. Visit the Art Gallery (it’s free!). Which art did you like the best? Tell us the title of the piece and name of the artist.
